Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn/unopened merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Please note that the full refund only applies to domestic orders. For international orders, a full refund will be issued for the value of the item only (excluding the shipping charges).

How to Return Goods
Returns must be received within 14 days of the shipment date along with a copy of the enclosed packing list.

• Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
• We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Our Exchange Policy
We gladly refund cost of returned merchandise (we are not responsible for any return cost).

Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department at and request a return authorization.

Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 14 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them.
